➤ Why should I recalibrate regularly?

The condition of the piano and sensors changes with temperature and usage. Regular calibration ensures the best touch and playing experience.

➤ When is the best time to recalibrate?

After tuning or moving the piano, or whenever the touch/dynamics no longer feel optimal.

➤ Why does a sound sometimes play when I barely touch a key?

Increase the “Sound Timing Adjustment” setting to a higher value (+1 or +2).

➤ Can I use a USB stick via the USB port?

No. The ProRecord XI USB port only supports slave mode. A USB stick cannot be used.

➤ Which type of USB cable can I use?

Type-A to Type-C or Type-C to Type-C (USB2.0 or USB3.1).

➤ Can I change the tones selected with the TONE button?

Yes, this can be done via the “User Preset” function in the app.

➤ Can I save the “effect” settings?

Yes, this can be done via the “User Preset” function in the app.

➤ How do I connect speakers?

Use a stereo audio cable with a 3.5 mm jack to connect to the LINE OUT socket.

No, the ProRecord XI does not support wireless headphones.
